Computer Service Calls

Our regular (non-contract or per visit) service rates are recommended for repairs, installations, rebuilds, upgrades, and networking forindividuals, in-home offices, and even small businesses. Service Call is only $50 (plus parts) and covers first half hour of service -or- $70 if full one hour service call. If additional time is needed, you will be quoted an estimated time frame prior to our technician proceeding past the first hour. Additional time is billed at $70 per hour or $35 per half hour*. Service Calls can be scheduled to include:

  • Repairs - we can help you recover from hardware failures and software mishaps. Bring your computer to our office or have our technician come to your home or office anywhere in Gwinnett County. With fast turn around times, we will have you operational in no time at all.
  • Installations - let us help you get that new part or software installed. With more than nineteen years experience in the industry, rest easy in the knowledge that your installation will be done right.
  • Custom Rebuild & Upgrades - your system, only faster! Custom rebuilt to your desired specifications.

* Parts, hardware, software, etc... are not included in hourly service rates and are priced separately.


Maintenance Contracts for Small Business

FlyntCo Services offers on-site computer and network support contracts for small and medium businesses in the metro Atlanta area and most of northeast Georgia. We specialize in serving the technology needs of businesses that generally do not require, nor can afford a full time I. T. staff.

You can certainly schedule a non-contract service call (above) with FlyntCo Services; however, our monthly maintenance contracts are designed to keep your systems running smooth and preventing problems before they occur and a rates lower than our regular (non-contract) hourly service rates - saving you money and time in the long run. A monthly maintenance agreement can be customized to fit your small business's needs. Here are samples of maintenance agreements:

Basic Computer Maintenance Agreement ($240 per month) is recommended for small businesses with one to three non-networked workstations and includes a one-hour on-site weekly appointment with additional service calls added as needed at only $60 per hour or $30 per half hour.

Basic Network & Computer Maintenance Agreement ($420 per month) is recommended for small businesses with networked workstations (up to ten) and includes a two hour on-site weekly appointment with additional services calls added as needed at only $55 per hour or $27.50 per half hour.

Advanced Network & Computer Maintenance Agreement ($800 per month) is recommended for businesses dependent upon their systems for their daily operations and includes a four hour on-site weekly appointment with additional service calls added as needed at only $50 per hour or $25 per half hour.

On-site small business computer and system maintenance agreements include:

  • A weekly maintenance appointment - you can choose a time slot for your regular weekly appointment between the hours of 7am - 7pm; Monday through Saturday.
  • Computer preventative maintenance such as defrag, clear temporary files, etc...
  • Installation of operating system patches and updates
  • Ensure operating system and file integrity
  • Applying upgrades for other installed software and applications
  • Verify anti virus definitions and run system checks for viruses and spyware
  • Software installation, removal, and upgrading
  • Installation of new computer hardware and hardware upgrades
  • Setting up new office users, printers, internet connections, and file sharing
  • Network cable installation services for new installations or office moves
  • Small office peer-to-peer network support
  • Network administration (server based networks)
  • Inspect hubs and switches for proper operation
  • Evaluate network, desktop and internet connectivity performance
  • Monitor systems for unauthorized or security compromising software
  • System and computer case cleaning (as needed)
  • Recommend new software that may be helpful to your business
  • and other general computer support services and network consulting
